<p>BioCare Mega EPA is a pure fish oil capsule providing 524mg EPA and 375mg DHA per daily intake, from a natural triglyceride fish oil.</p><p>DHA and EPA contribute to normal heart function at a daily intake of 250mg DHA and EPA. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision at a daily intake of 250mg DHA.</p><p>Mega EPA is made using small fish — sardines, anchovies and mackerel — sourced low down the food chain to minimise pollutant exposure, from fisheries certified by Friends of the Sea. Natural mixed tocopherols (vitamin E) are added, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and help maintain the oil's stability. Sweet orange oil is included to avoid a fishy aftertaste.</p><p>Mega EPA is free from bovine gelatin and unnecessary additives.</p><p>BioCare has been formulating nutritional supplements for over 30 years.</p>
