Multivitamin One contains vitamins that supports overall health. It features key B vitamins in their most bioavailable form, ready to be used by the body, like vitamin B12 and folate. This formula offers vitamin A and E as potent antioxidants that help maintain healthy cells. Vitamin D enhances calcium absorption and supports strong bones and the immune system. Suggested use:-
Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast or lunch, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules may be opened and nutrients are taken separately or sprinkled into food or drink. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
