QuattroFerrin® 21 therefore contains both plant iron from the curry leaf and from the koji mushroom, as well as organic iron bisglycinate and high-quality iron pyrophosphate. The natural vitamin C from the berry camu-camu additionally helps to optimise iron absorption.</p>
