Did not agree with me

"I'm sure the supplement is excellent quality but I have to say it did not agree with me. I started slowly at 1/2 a capsule every other day with lunch for 2 weeks, nothing good not bad happened. I went up to 1 capsule every other day and then the stomach problems began. Acid reflux especially. After the 5th capsule I just couldn't take it anymore, and on top of it my chin started to breakout with cystic acne, which is something had not happened for years. It's taken me a month to get back to normal digestion wise, but I had to take Oreganol (P73 wild oregano oil) to start noticing an improvement. I don't know yet what ingredient in Megasporebiotic was problematic for me, I'm trying to find out, but for now I'm not touching it again."
