Allicin International

Garlic has been used primarily for its medicinal and therapeutic benefits throughout history. Allicin, the most well-studied compound in garlic, is highly unstable and is only briefly present in fresh garlic after it has been sliced or crushed. Allicin International discovered a method to stabilise allicin, a first in the manufacturing industry. From this ‘lightbulb’ moment, Allimed and AllicinMAX were born.
