<p>Algae DHA delivers the same DHA found in fish oil, sourced directly from marine microalgae — the original source of omega-3 — in a 100% plant-based, fish-free formula.</p><p>Each recommended daily dose provides omega-3 fatty acids, including 250 mg DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function.</p><p>For pregnant and breastfeeding women, maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain development of the foetus and breastfed infant. This benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250 mg of omega-3 fatty acids for adults.</p><p>Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is included. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.</p><p>Sourced from marine microalgae, this formula is free from fish and other animal-derived ingredients, and is designed to deliver comparable bioavailability to fish-derived DHA.</p>
