How to Use the Test Strips:

1. Test first thing in the morning, before eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth.
2. Place the end marked "saliva here" on your tongue for 5 seconds.
3. Fold the strip in half so the test pads touch, and press the ends together for 10 seconds.
4. Compare the color on the test pads to the key on the tube to read your results.
