Ingredients:

Organic fleece cotton and an eco-friendly polyurethane

Cold-pressed, organic castor oil

Warnings:

Do not use the pack if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Castor oil can stain so protect all clothing and fabric

The straps can be a choking hazard so keep away from children

Always consult a health practitioner before starting any treatment

Storage:

Keep away from direct light

Store in a cool, dark place

*A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important, dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.

*The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded.

Suggested use: 

Initially add 2 – 3 tbsp of Castorvida Castor oil to the fleece side of the pack.

After each application, use less oil, 1 tbsp or less
