Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (Capsule Shell), Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Glycerophosphate, Magnesium Gluconate, Magnesium Carbonate

Warning:

High doses of magnesium can lead to diarrhoea. For this reason, when taking higher amounts, it is recommended that these are distributed over the course of the day. Magnesium can disrupt the absorption of iron. An interval of 2–3 hours is recommended if an iron preparation is being taken concomitantly.

*A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important, dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.

*The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded.

*Keep out of reach of children.

Suggested use:

1–2 x 1 capsule daily taken outside mealtimes with plenty of liquid.
