<p>Liquid Omega-3 delivers a concentrated 3:2 EPA:DHA ratio in an easy-to-take liquid format, naturally flavoured with lemon.</p><p>Each full recommended daily dose (5 ml, 1 dessert spoonful) provides omega-3 fatty acids, including 740 mg EPA and 460 mg DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function.</p><p>The oil is 100% purified and deodorised fish oil in natural triglyceride form, naturally flavoured with lemon to avoid a fishy taste, and can be taken alone or mixed into cold drinks or food.</p>
