<p>Adenosyl/Hydroxy B12 bietet eine einzigartige Mischung aus Vitamin B12 , als Adenosylcobalamin und Hydroxycobalamin. Hydroxycobalamin ist eine Vorläuferform von Vitamin B12, die im Körper zu sowohl Methylcobalamin als auch Adenosylcobalamin umgewandelt wird. Es ähnelt Cyanocobalamin ohne das Cyanid-Molekül. Adenosylcobalamin ist eine aktivierte Form ähnlich wie Methylcobalamin.
